Here we will create what ever you minds can come up with.
That being said I cannot read your mind. Ask any and every questions you have.
Bring images of things you want to create and we will find a way to create
it.
I thought it would be a great start to give you a list of
pointers or helpful hints
Work smarter not harder
Always scratch and attach (score and slip)
Make More! and don’t stop
Personal tools make personal pots
Look hard at as much art as you can, especially ceramics.
Check out artaxis.org.
Come in out side of class time.
Get Dirty!!!!!!!!
The rest are a few things to remember about how the classes
work.
You can come in outside of class (when there are not classes
going on). If you are the last one in don’t for get to lock up and turn the
lights off.
This is a community space, clean up after yourself and clean
a little extra.
Your first bag of clay includes firing. After you purchase
more clay don’t forget to measure the work, and pay for the firing of all clay
after first 25lbs.
For more specific policy info there is a copy of the Student
Policy Handbook in the white binder in the
studio.
